Cliff House Hotel, Ardmore is now open in line with government guidelines.

Our hotel bedrooms, and indoor restaurants at Cliff at Lyons will reopen on Friday, 4th September in line with Irish Government guidelines.

Our Pantry takeaway at Cliff at Lyons is now open during this period Wednesday – Sunday inclusive from 9:30am – 6:00pm. Here we offer takeaway coffees, salads, sandwiches and take-home items.

Cliff Townhouse will open for private events and selected dining dates and expects to fully reopen in early Autumn.

We will continually follow all health and safety guidelines from the Irish Government and other agencies in operations. At all times, the safety of our guests and team members is our priority.

Guests who have arrived to Ireland from a non-green list country will have to demonstrate remotely that they have quarantined for two weeks prior to their arrival to the hotel for any purpose as per official guidance. 

We have been awarded the Failte Ireland Covid Safety Charter. Our teams have been fully trained on a safety guidelines and procedures and will continue to receive regular training and updates.

ARRIVAL TO THE HOTELS

· Upon your arrival to our hotels, valet and bell service will be available if you require it. Your car will be sanitised by our team once parked. If you would prefer to self-park, please feel free to do so.

· We kindly request that one member of your party approach the reception desk for check in. A member of our team will confirm your details and escort you to your room while maintaining social distance. Your registration card will be in your room for you to complete, sign and drop back to us during your stay. We will ask you to confirm your email address on this.

· On your morning of departure, we will email a copy of your bill to you and ask you confirm all is in order and afterwards we will charge your card on file. A copy of your final bill will be issued to you by e-mail once payment has been taken. This alleviates the need to visit the reception desk on check out.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

We have configured all main areas of our hotels to comply with recommended social distancing. In areas where it is not possible to maintain distancing, such as on corridors or on stairs for example, we ask that you simply make efficient progress as you move through the hotel. Our team have also been trained to do the same.

CLEANING AND SANITISING PROTOCOL

All spaces in the hotel will be cleaned and sanitised regularly by a dedicated team of housekeeping personnel. Your room and everything inside will be completely sanitised prior to your arrival. Please note that we will not enter your room during your stay to complete stayover service or evening turndown service unless requested to do so. Please contact our reception team when you arrive if you would like to avail of turndown and stayover service.

DINING

All dining must be pre-booked with our team at the hotels. A full room service menu is also available to our Hotel residents.

SPA FACILITIES

We are pleased to confirm that The Well Spa at Cliff House Hotel and Cliff at Lyons are available for selected treatments upon pre appointment. Reservations are required for resident use of our swimming pool at Cliff House Hotel, Ardmore.
