• Package and experience vouchers are valid for 1 year. After this time the monetary value of the voucher is valid for an additional 4 years.
• Monetary vouchers can be redeemed at both Cliff at Lyons and Cliff House Hotel. Advanced booking is required. Vouchers are valid for accommodation, restaurant dining and spa bookings only.
• We have a strict 7-day cancellation policy for all accommodation bookings.
• This voucher cannot be used in CLIFF Home or The Pantry at CLIFF
